A dog walking franchise had a 47-page WordPress site built by another agency. The original page templates were starting to feel dated and weren't doing the business any favours for conversion. The job was to redesign the main service template so it looked sharper, worked better on mobile, and drove more enquiries. Delivered as a focused template rebuild without touching the rest of the site.
Common questions
- Will this work on my WordPress site?
- In most cases yes. I work with custom themes, page builders like Elementor or ACF Pro setups, and block editor setups. I'll check on the scoping call.
- Will my existing content stay intact?
- Yes. Redesigns work within what you've already got. I don't touch content unless we've specifically agreed to rewrite it.
- What about SEO? Will this affect my rankings?
- Handled carefully. Redesigns that don't change URL structure generally keep rankings steady or improve them if the new design is faster or better for users. We can scope an SEO check alongside if you want.
- Do I need to take the site offline while you work?
- No. I work on staging or a copy, then push changes live when approved.
- Can you also do a full rebuild if the redesign won't cut it?
- Yes. If the scoping call reveals the site really needs a from-scratch rebuild, I'll say so and we'd look at the Business Website service instead.
- Do you work with Shopify, Webflow, or Squarespace too?
- Yes, though scope differs per platform. WordPress is the most common for this service.
