Both work. If you've got a clear direction (colour scheme, examples you like, content) the build stays at the base price. If you need full design from scratch the quote goes up to cover that. Starter Websites usually sit at the base; Business Websites often need some design work.
I already have a website. Can you improve it?
Yes. Start with a Website Audit if you want an outside view with a clear list of what to fix. WordPress and Website Redesigns cover focused redesigns on existing sites without starting from scratch. If it needs a full rebuild, the Business Website service is the right fit.
How do you handle complex or custom projects?
Custom Web Applications are scoped individually. After a scoping call I put together a written scope with timeline, features, and a fixed price. No commitment required to get a quote.
What's the typical timeline?
Audits are 5 working days. Starter Websites are 7. Business Websites are 14. WordPress Redesigns and Custom Web Applications are scoped per project. These are maximum timescales, most projects are delivered faster.
What happens after launch?
Hosting & Support covers ongoing hosting, security, and maintenance. Three tiers: Standard (£20/month), Active (£50/month with an hour of work included), and Custom (£100+/month for WordPress, web apps, or bigger sites). Pay annually and save 2 months.
Do you work with clients outside Manchester?
Yes. I'm based in Manchester but work with clients across the UK remotely. Happy to meet in person with Greater Manchester clients where it makes sense.
